1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on ownURgrowth are digital goods — including video courses, downloadable notes, and AI prompt libraries. Access is granted immediately and in full upon successful payment. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. No Refunds

Because our content is delivered instantly and is consumable as soon as access is granted, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and course access has been unlocked, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This applies to initial purchases as well as plan upgrades.

We encourage you to review the course details, pricing, and what each plan includes carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a course before buying, please contact us first and we will be glad to help.

3. Cancellations

Our courses are one-time purchases that grant lifetime access to the plan you bought. They are not recurring subscriptions, so there is no recurring billing to cancel. An order cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been granted.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was debited but access was not granted due to a technical or payment-gateway error, please contact us at support@ownurgrowth.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and reverse any verified duplicate or erroneous charge to the original payment method. Approved reversals are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's timelines.
