Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products Only

ownURgrowth sells digital products only — online video courses, in-app course notes, and AI prompt libraries. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses are involved.

2. How & When You Receive Access

Delivery is instant and electronic. As soon as your payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay):

• Your purchased plan is unlocked immediately in your account, accessible under My Courses.
• A confirmation and access email is sent to the email address registered to your account, usually within a few minutes.

You can access your content from any device by signing in to ownurgrowth.com.

3. If You Don't Receive Access

If your payment succeeded but you cannot access your course, or the access email has not arrived within 30 minutes, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need help, contact us at support@ownurgrowth.com with your registered email and payment/order ID, and we will restore access promptly.
