These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ownURgrowth ("ownURgrowth", "we", "us", or "our"), including ownurgrowth.com and our courses, content, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License to Course Content

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the purchased course content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display the content;
• Copy, download (except where expressly enabled), record, or screen-capture the content;
• Share your account or access credentials with any other person;
• Circumvent any access controls or content-protection measures.

All content remains our property or that of our licensors. The license ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

4. Payments & Pricing

Prices for courses and upgrades are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge the applicable amount. Prices and plans may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital and grant immediate access upon successful payment. Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and course access is granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-gateway error, contact us at support@ownurgrowth.com and we will investigate and reverse any verified duplicate charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including videos, notes, prompts, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by ownURgrowth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract content or data.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Our courses and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, including follower growth, reach, engagement, income, or other outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional, financial, or legal advice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (such as Razorpay, Google, Supabase, Bunny.net, and Vercel). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ownURgrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination for breach, your license to the content ends and no refund will be due.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
